The BDC is also laminated by hand at Ilmberger, cured in multiple stages in an autoclave, and impresses not only with its striking appearance but also with its technical properties. The various fibres diffuse the incoming light, creating an unprecedented reflection.
To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we, as the only carbon manufacturer worldwide, use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces. In combination with our clear coat, this provides an unparalleled depth effect, showcasing the high quality of the material to maximum effect.
