Thanks to its high-quality appearance, this highly visible spot in the center of the motorcycle is perfectly accentuated. The lower tank cover can be mounted individually but is also perfectly combinable with the upper tank cover. This allows you to create your own unique look and stand out from the crowd. The innovative BDC material used gives the component a completely new and individual touch. The surface of the BDC part is unique for each piece and resembles marble. BDC is also laminated by hand at Ilmberger and undergoes multiple curing stages in an autoclave. The material impresses not only with its exciting appearance but also with its technical properties. The different fibers diffuse the incoming light, creating an unprecedented reflection.
The final clear coat layer on this part is in a modern silky matte finish, highlighting the distinctive optical properties of the material. To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, we use a specially developed plastic coating on all surfaces, unique among carbon manufacturers worldwide. Combined with our clear coat, this creates an unparalleled depth effect that brings out the high-quality nature of the material like never before.
