But that’s only true at first glance. Our protection components incorporate all our manufacturing and material technology development and design expertise, as well as our many years of experience in engineering premium motorcycle accessories.

Not to mention, our close exchange with our customers and our own experience as passionate motorcyclists. So, our protection component development involves a great deal of technical know-how and material expertise.

To label our protection bar series ULTIMATE, GUARD, and EXTREME, our valve cover & cylinder protection covers, our engine covers, and our PRO engine protection bars for high-performance bikes as low-tech products would certainly be an injustice. Quite the opposite: they are the result of customer requirements, technical and functional demands, and a model-specific design integration that harmonizes with each model.

With two distinct protection concepts, we address the diverse requirements and needs of our customers: While the Wunderlich ULTIMATE engine protection bar is uncompromisingly designed for protection in adventure riding, the GUARD, as a robust all-rounder, offers the perfect balance between protection and weight. Both are Made in Germany.

Valve Cover & Cylinder Protection Cover EXTREME

Our valve cover & cylinder protectors combine high protection and low weight. This makes them ideal for customers who expect high protection but find the classic protection bar too dominant. It's different with a GS, which is often used off-road: here, the protection bar emphasizes the bike's look. In many cases, the valve cover & cylinder protectors can even be combined with protection bars. You can't get more protection than that!

Engine Protection Bar PRO

The Innovative Engine Protection Bar PRO for BMW M & S 1000 XR

High-performance engines are built lightweight. This means that the engine is very light and delicate in relation to its power. We address this with a special design that permanently decouples the engine from the protection bar.

Innovative, energy-absorbing silent bearings reduce unwanted vibration-related coupling oscillations between the frame and the high-performance engine. In the event of a tip-over or crash, the protection bar is supported by the silent bearing, which absorbs axial and radial forces, reducing or, in the best case, eliminating material stress.
