Nothing could be easier: Simply use our ExtraServices: Click & Collect, Call & Collect and Appointment Shopping.
How does it work? Quite simple, you have four options to choose from!
1 Appointment shopping at Wunderlich - from 14 May 2021 - but not only!
From 14 May 2021, we will once again be able to welcome and serve you in our shop without a negative Corona test and the obligation to make an appointment.
However, we would like to maintain the option of appointment shopping and we invite you to shop with us in person as part of appointment shopping. We have compiled all the information on appointment shopping here for you:
- Please arrange your shopping appointment with our staff by phone 02641-3082290 or by e-mail [email protected]wunderlich.de
- We ask you to comply with the hygiene regulations (disinfection, AHA rule and FFP2 mask).
- Due to the official order, we are required to note down your personal details and the visiting time.
- We ask you to pay by card
- Our sales team will be happy to assist you! We look forward to your appointment request!
2 Click & Collect online
Order as usual online in our Online Shop, Interactive Showroom or our App. If you would like to collect your order in person, simply select the Click & Collect shipping method in the Check Out. Please enter your desired pick-up date incl. time, your e-mail address and your telephone number. Our staff will contact you to confirm the collection date or arrange an alternative date with you. The pick-up station is located at the side entrance opposite our customer car park.
3 Click & Collect by e-mail
Feel free to send us an e-mail at [email protected]wunderlich.de with the components you require. Please note the article numbers you require in the e-mail as well as your telephone number for any queries. Our staff will contact you to arrange a collection date. The pick-up station is located at the entrance opposite our customer car park. Please note that the payment process for your order must be completed at the time of collection!
4 Call & Collect
Simply call us on 02641-3082-0 or -205 and place your order conveniently by phone. Our staff will be happy to take your order and arrange a collection date with you, at which time your components will be ready for you at our collection station. The pick-up station is located at the entrance opposite our customer car park. Please note that the payment process for your order must be completed at the time of collection!
In order for us to be able to comply with all necessary and prescribed hygiene measures, we kindly ask you to follow the described procedures.
We ask for your understanding that you may not use appointment shopping and pick-up service if you have symptoms of illness or a cold.
