The development of our »EXTREME« engine protection bar concept brings maximum protection to the forefront. The geometry of this component means that the engine is perfectly and reliably protected. In addition to this comprehensive protection, we placed the utmost importance on ground clearance and lean angle freedom during the development and construction. The two-part symmetric engine protection bar thus sits snugly and its specific structure also gives it additional stability and rigidity – and all while optimising the weight of the component. The bars for left and right screw on to three selected attachment points. The momentum and forces that arise during a crash or fall are thereby distributed across each of the three points on each side of the vehicle. This reduces load spikes caused by external forces. Wunderlich radiator protection - black

The radiator is optimally positioned in the airstream generated during travel for optimum airflow to cool the engine. The exposed installation position also means that the delicate fins of the radiation network are also unprotected against stone strikes, foreign bodies and insects, however. Insects clog up the cooler and reduce the cooling capacity, such as fins bent by „stone impacts“. In the worst case, this can lead to leaks. With a damaged cooler, it is no longer possible to continue driving and dirt reduces the cooling capacity.

Vario-ERGO on world record ride - An impressive demonstration of the stability and sturdiness of our Vario-ERGO add-on spoiler was given by the multiple motorcycle world record rider Elmar Geulen. Riding a specially prepared, 511 HP Suzuki GSX 1300 R Hayabusa, the professional race rider set a new speed world record for road-approved motorcycles at a former airstrip in Frankfurt. His speed was clocked at 330.43 km/h.The windshield on the brachial four-cylinder was fitted with a series version of our Vario-ERGO add-on spoiler to give the rider optimum wind flow - the perfect proof for the high reliability, extremely high degree of effectiveness and, above all, the tremendous sturdiness and resistance of our material.

On the left rear of the cooler, a visual abyss opens up. One looks through an untidy opening directly onto the radiator and the associated fan, as well as a jumble of different pipes and internal fairing parts. Our side panel clears this up. The switch, which reliably cuts the ignition whenever the side stand is folded out, certainly prevents a lot of grief. This is because riding off with the side stand folded out can have very unpleasant consequences for both rider and bike. Our fairing protection bar reliably protects the fairing stem and the area around the headlight, thus reducing the risk of expensive damage. In the event of dropping the bike or falling over, the forces at play are optimally distributed via the protective bar structure to the load-bearing mounting points, so that force and momentum peaks are reduced. Visually, the fairing guard integrates perfectly into the bike's flyline and emphasises its striking appearance. The fairing guard is made of 25 millimetre precision steel tubing. It consists of two tube segments that are formed on CNC tube bending machines and then cleanly welded. Mounting is easy to accomplish.

Wunderlich »DOUBLESHOCK« axle protection pads - black

The axle protection pads ensure that the swingarm, wheel axle and chain tensioner are effectively protected from damage in the event of the motorbike falling over or being dropped.
The protection pads distance these aforementioned components in the event of punctual or abrasive contact with the ground or road, thus reducing or avoiding expensive damage to the motorbike. In addition to the choice of material, we have integrated two essential, specific properties into the design and tested them in racing, namely damping and a frictional resistance that increases progressively in the sliding phase.
Damping: The first positive property is damping, which can absorb part or all of the impact energy in the event of sudden force impacts.
The frictional resistance: The second positive property is the frictional resistance, which increases from the outside to the inside due to the component geometry by increasing the effective sliding surface. This means that our axle protection-pad only offers a low frictional resistance in the case of light contact, but shortens the grinding phase in terms of time and space in the case of prolonged, grinding road contact, for example. I.e. in the event of a fall with an axle protection pad, the time in which the motorbike slips and the slipping distance itself are shortened.
For optimum protection of your machine, we recommend combining our axle protection pads with our vehicle-specific protection bar systems, for which we offer additional protection pads.

Wunderlich “DOUBLESHOCK” axle protection pads - front - black

In the event that the motorcycle falls or crashes, the axle protection pads ensure that the front fork, the wheel axle and the brake system are effectively protected against damage.
The protective pads distance these components during bouncing or sliding contact with the floor or road and thus reduce or avoid costly damage to the motorcycle. In addition to the choice of material, we have also integrated two significant, specific properties into the construction and tested these in racing, these being the damping and abrasion resistance that significantly increases in the slide phase.
The damping: The first positive feature we should mention is the damping, which can partially or fully capture and absorb part of the impact energy where impacting forces occur.
Abrasion resistance: The second positive characteristic is the abrasion resistance, which owing the component geometry increases from the outside in due to the enlargement of the effective slide area. This means that our axle protection pad only offers a low level of frictional resistance on light contact, but shortens the time and area of the grinding phase, such as when grinding along the road surface for a longer period. This means that in a crash with the axle protection pad, the time in which the motorcycle slides and the slide path itself are both reduced.
For the optimum protection of your machine, we recommend the combination of our axle protection pads with our vehicle-specific protection bar systems, for which we offer additional protection pads separately.

Cold, clammy or wet hands are unpleasant, just like stone impacts, road dirt of any kind or insects splatters at high speed. With our hand protector extension, we have significantly enlarged the protective zone of the original protectors, in height as well as width, and we've also extended it outwards on the side around the hand and up to the end of the handlebar. You can't get any more protection, but you should definitely have this level of protection. These measures have allowed us to decidedly improve protective efficiency. We have equipped the upper edge with a water-deflecting collar that extends outwards; it guides spray water outwards and lets it flow off the sides. The transparent design is functional and attractive.
The instruments can't be safely operated with cold, clammy and wet hands and gloves. If your gloves are wet, the convection of the travel wind leeches even more heat. This can cause light cramps that prevent relaxed riding. Safe riding is only possible when you feel good enough to feel relaxed too. Do you need a mounting bracket for your »ELEPHANT« tank bag? Or perhaps you'd like to use your »ELEPHANT« on different motorcycles without having to change the holder?
The mounting system is attached to the vehicle with minimal hand pressure and the tank bag can be quickly fastened to it. Push the holding tongue of the tank bag through the holder and close it from the front. An easy and (and therefore brilliant) quick-release system lets you attach and remove the tank bag while wearing gloves or with wet fingers.

The waterproof and windproof rain cover protects your "ELEPHANT" tank bag and its contents when riding in bad weather, especially in the rain. It is equipped with a viewing window on the top that allows a clear view of the map in the map compartment. It is made of waterproof ripstop, a particularly tear-resistant (and tear-proof) nylon fabric with an excellent balance between light weight and maximum stability. It is UV stable, does not age and does not fade. The seams are waterproof taped. It is tailor-made and can be comfortably adjusted to 27 or 34 cm, depending on the extension height of the tank bag. The adjustment is made with a circumferential zip. An elastic drawstring is used for secure fastening. This reduces wind-induced fluttering of the bonnet and the associated noise development to a maximum. The snug fit also has the advantage that the relative movement between the bonnet and the top bag caused by fluttering and the associated wear and tear is eliminated.
Access to the tank bag is possible from above without removing the rain cover by means of a circumferential zip. The viewing window can simply be folded open after opening.

Wunderlich brake caliper cover - front - black

Solid protective cover for the brake calipers. They provide secure protection under mechanical stress and fit perfectly into the design. The high level of protection results from the rigidity of the three-dimensionally edged, stainless steel component with milled openings. Our cover securely and reliably frames the exposed calipers as well as the hose connections with its decent two-point mounting.
This reliably reduces the risk of damage to the calipers, especially in dedicated off-road use. The installation is uncomplicated at two existing, easily accessible mounting points on the fork.

Wunderlich helmet anti-theft system »HELM-LOCK« - black

The most secure and easy-to-use helmet lock. The robust aluminium base of our helmet anti-theft device is securely fastened under the Seat. The length of the rope is such that up to two helmets can be secured. The wire rope has a diameter of 4 mm. The solidly designed thimbles of the rope ends are hooked into the suspension device of the retaining base and securely fixed by a spring-assisted latch. It is additionally secured by the mounted and locked Seat. This makes it impossible to open the loops without lifting the Seat. You will only find this securing feature with us. Another advantage is that no further lock is required and you don't have to carry another key with you. The transparent, generously dimensioned sheathing of the safety rope made of silicone protects both helmets and motorcylces from chafing and damage to the paintwork. When not in use, the rope can be stowed under the Seat to save space. Our "HELM-LOCK" anti-theft device is easy to use and enormously helpful, so you won't want to do without it again.

The handle heating, if present, only warms the palms of the hands. The best protection for cold hands is reliable heat insulation and the avoidance or exclusion of convection. The best means for this: Well thought out, constructed, high-quality handlebar muffs.
Our handlebar muffs can be universally used on a whole range of motorcycles. They consist of water-repellent and dirt-proof, high-quality CORDURA® fabric and slip on the left and right end of the handlebar and are also equipped with a cuff that attaches to the mirror arm via an adhesive band and zipper, thereby being tightly sealed. The grips in the muffs can also be closed tight thanks to an elastic cord that comes with a stopper.
Our handlebar muffs also come with a moulded insert that is cushioned on the inside. This feature ensures that the muffs retain their shape at high speeds and in the subsequent high wind pressures, thereby creating a solid, protected space that provides thermal insulation and ensures the safe, unhindered use of the instruments and levers with your hands. The moulded insert is especially helpful and advantageous if you don’t have any hand protectors mounted.
