ELEPHANT luggage system

The innovative CORDURA® TrueLock™ fabric that we use for the ELEPHANT luggage system is made from high-strength nylon fibres that are produced in an extrusion process, during which the colour is added. This eliminates the need for annoying subsequent dyeing and washing processes. The process requires fewer resources thanks to lower use of water and energy, reduces CO2 emissions and simultaneously increases both the durability and useful life of the bags. This new type of fabric secures outstanding colour retention, colour brightness and UV stability. It was also possible to further improve the fade and abrasion resistance.

As usual, the zips employ a water-repellent design and come with ergonomically designed clasps that are easy to grab.
