Order

How do I order in the Wunderlich shop?

It's simple: add the desired number of products to your shopping basket and check that it is complete. Once you are finished, complete your purchase by selecting the "Proceed to checkout" button.

Now you have the choice between the direct payment methods Amazon Pay and PayPal, without having to enter any further data to complete the purchase. Alternatively, you can also use our other payment methods. Below you can either log in to your Wunderlich customer account or, if you do not already have one, create a personal customer account. However, you can also order as a guest if you prefer.

Please enter all the required data and finalise your order. You will then receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.


Do I have to register to shop at Wunderlich?

No, an order is of course also possible as a guest order. However, we recommend that you register. This way, all the information is already stored, making shopping even quicker and easier. You can also see your order history and the status of all previous orders and ensure that your orders are also assigned to your Wunderlich customer card and thus discounted at the end of the year.


What are the advantages of a customer account with Wunderlich?

In your customer account you can, for example, view or download your order history, documents relating to your purchased products or enter your motorbike model (or several if you own more than one). This allows us to send you relevant information about your machine. This could be exclusive promotions or new products for your motorcycle. Our Wunderlich customer card with attractive conditions is also linked to a customer account. It is therefore worthwhile creating a customer account with us.


I can't log in or register, what can I do?

Have you filled in all the marked mandatory fields? Have you followed all the instructions regarding a valid password? If this does not solve the problem, our customer service team will be happy to help you on +49 2641 3082240.


How do I find the right items for my motorcycle?

The structure of our online shop is very clearly organised. You can quickly get started by selecting the model series and model of your motorcycle. You can use the "Product type" filter to further narrow down the items displayed. If you now call up one of them, you will then find another vehicle-related assignment under the button "Product fits..." .


Where can I find an overview of my previous orders?

You will find a human symbol in the header of the online shop. Here you can register personally in your customer account. Log in there. After successfully logging in, you will find your data and orders in your user account overview.


Where can I find help with questions about products?

We will be happy to help you with any questions in the chat (bottom right) or by phone on +49 2641-3082-0. Our telephone customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. Of course, you can also send us an e-mail around the clock at [email protected].


Payment & vouchers

How can I buy a gift voucher?

In our online shop there is a gift voucher category under "W - Collection". There you can buy gift vouchers with a value of 1,- to 1.000,- Euro and personalise them for the recipient. Depending on your choice, the gift voucher will be sent to you by e-mail or post.


How can I redeem a voucher?

Each voucher has a voucher code. When displaying the shopping basket, you can enter this code in the "Voucher code / discount code" field. Click the "Redeem" button and the amount entered on the voucher will be deducted from the invoice amount immediately. Any unused credit will be retained for subsequent orders.


What payment methods does the Wunderlich shop offer?

With us you can pay by PayPal, credit card (Master, Visa), Amazon Pay, invoice (Germany, Switzerland), instant bank transfer and bank transfer. Subject to creditworthiness.


Shipping & delivery

Can I order from any country?

You can find an overview of our shipping countries with the corresponding conditions (taxes, shipping costs) in this table.


Can I also collect my online order?

Yes, you can use our convenient Click & Collect service. Please select the "Collect from home" service on the "Finalise order" page during the ordering process. You can then collect your ordered items from us in Grafschaft-Ringen.


Can I specify a different delivery address?

Yes, as a private customer you can specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address.


Is there a consignment tracking system?

Yes, as soon as your consignment leaves our premises, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of your consignment.


Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

We will be happy to deliver your parcel to a Packstation on request. The prerequisite is that you state your personal postcode and the name and number of your Packstation when ordering.


How high are the shipping costs?

Within Germany the shipping costs are currently 6.90 euros, from a purchase value of 300 euros we ship free of charge. The costs for Europe-wide shipping can be found in the current table.


Which company is used to dispatch the goods?

We dispatch our deliveries with certified forwarding agents and parcel services, predominantly with DHL and UPS.


What delivery times should I expect?

Items that are labelled as "immediately available" in our shop are usually dispatched on the same day as the order, but no later than the following working day. You will receive a separate notification for items that can only be delivered at a later date.


Return shipment

Can I return ordered items without any problems?

Yes, all items are subject to a 14-day right of return, or rather right of cancellation. We grant an extended 60-day right of return for labelled own products.

Can I also return my order to the Wunderlich Store?

Yes, this is generally possible. Please note that the specified return period must be observed.

What do I do if an item is defective?

Of course, you can exchange or return an item that has been damaged in transit or arrives defective without any problems. In such a case, please contact our customer service team directly on +49 2641 3082240.


What do I need to consider when returning lithium batteries?

The shipping of lithium-ion batteries is regulated by the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR). This means that you are legally obliged to fulfil the conditions set out in the ADR and the "Dangerous Goods Regulations for Road and Rail" when returning goods. These conditions can be found on the respective product page. To return the parcel, please label it accordingly.


How do I dispose of electrical and electronic appliances?

Unusable electrical and electronic appliances must not be disposed of with household waste. Please dispose of these devices at the designated collection and recycling centres of the public waste disposal authorities, such as municipal recycling centres.

I have forgotten my password - what should I do?

If you would like to log in but have forgotten your password, use the "I have forgotten my password" function. Enter the e-mail address linked to your customer account in the following mask. If your e-mail address is known to our system, we will then send you a new password.


How can I change my password?

You will find a human symbol in the header of the online shop. Here you can register personally in your customer account. Log in there. After successfully logging in, you will find the "Personal profile" option in your user account overview. There you can change the password for your user account under "Access data".


How do I apply for a Wunderlich customer card?

It's easy: Simply scroll down under the following link and fill out the application online. We will send you your WunderlichCard within a few days.


Can I delete or block my customer account?

How does the notepad work?

While you are browsing our online shop, you can add items that you particularly like to your wish list by simply clicking on the heart symbol next to the item. The wish list is assigned to you personally - the necessary registration is simple. This allows you to make a note of certain items for your next visit.
