These Wunderlich ULTIMATE engine protection bars have been specially developed for adventure riding.

They reliably protect the cylinders, valve covers and oxygen sensors. This comprehensive protection concept enhances passive safety, allowing riders to enjoy their adventures with greater confidence. In the event of a fall or tip-over, the resulting forces are optimally distributed through the protection bar structure, made from 25/22 mm precision steel tubing, to the load-bearing mounting points. This prevents excessive force and torque peaks and effectively reduces mechanical stress on the components.

Wunderlich has seamlessly integrated the ULTIMATE protection bars into the design of the BMW R 12 G/S. They have also been designed for easy maintenance: the oil drain plug and oil filter cartridge remain fully accessible for oil changes without having to remove the engine protection bars.

Der Wunderlich Vorderradkotflügel schützt gleich mehrfach: Er schützt den Fahrer effektiv gegen vom Vorderrad aufgewirbeltes Spritzwasser, aufgewirbelten Schmutz on- und offroad sowie vor deren unangenehmen Folgen. Er schützt und schont zudem das Motorgehäuse, denn das liegt im Schleuderbereich des Vorderrads für Spritzwasser und Steinschlag. So werden Verschmutzungen und die Gefahr von Beschädigungen durch Fremdkörper reduziert. Der Abstand zwischen Reifenstollen und der Kotflügelinnenseite beträgt ca. 30 Millimeter – er gewährleistet die Freigängigkeit des Vorderrads auch im Gelände. Der schwarze Vorderradkotflügel besteht aus hochwertigem, langlebigem Kunststoff.
