Prepreg, a pre-impregnated carbon fabric, is characterised by an even resin distribution combined with a high fibre volume content. This ensures maximum strength and increased flexibility of the components. Autoclave processing – a high-pressure oven working under controlled temperature and pressure conditions – guarantees perfect curing and a flawless surface. This method prevents air inclusions in the material and ensures consistently high quality of the parts.
