Ilmberger Belly pan without centre stand - carbon - large

The pan, with its aerodynamically crafted lateral air vents, isn’t just significantly lighter than the original (approx. 800 g): its sealed construction also offers protects the engine block very well from soiling.

The belly pan can simply be fitted in place of the original plastic part without any need for additional fixing materials. Extremely light and strong carbon fibre hybrid material with a glossy rigid plastic protective coating that penetrates into the material and guarantees optimum protection. Simply swap it with the original.

Ilmberger uses pre-impregnated carbon fibre matrices for the high-quality carbon. The fibre volume is dimensions and the alignment of the individual fibres is defined. The matrix is then laminated bubble-free by hand and coated twice with a protective layer. The added clear varnish layer protects and emphasises the three-dimensional effect of the carbon structure. After hardening in the autoclave, the carbon components satisfy even the highest demands and requirements.
