The EXTREME DirectLock cases lock onto the original BMW case carrier for the aluminium cases of the BMW R 1300 GS Adventure – with two Wunderlich case inner bags on top

Function and product features

• EXTREME DirectLock regular case set: 80 mm wider than the slimline version (40 mm per side) – without cutout for maximum storage volume of 90 litres
• Integrated Wunderlich DirectLock system: direct, precisely fitting installation on the original mounts for BMW aluminium cases – combined with rear locking and lockable anti-theft protection at the front – two discreet adapters (one per case) provide additional secure hold
• Toploader concept with maximum flexibility: lids can be opened forwards or backwards or removed completely – for convenient loading and unloading
• High-quality workmanship for maximum durability: robust construction in Adventure look combined with stainless steel locking system and embossed Wunderlich brand logo
• 100% dustproof and waterproof thanks to special seal – additionally protected lock cylinders with removable rubber cover caps
• On top: Two precisely fitting Wunderlich case inner bags included – high-quality workmanship for optimum luggage organisation
• Lashing eyes on the lid allow additional luggage to be carried securely
• Replaceable corner protectors made from impact-resistant plastic protect the cases under heavy use and off-road conditions

Requirement: The original BMW case carriers for aluminium cases are required for mounting our EXTREME DirectLock cases.

Matching EXTREME and EXTREME maXLine topcases
The EXTREME cases with DirectLock system can be combined with the EXTREME (#30167-40x) and EXTREME maXLine (#30167-70x) topcases. The topcases are also available in aluminium colour or black.
Recommendation: If you would like to combine cases and topcases, please also order the lock cylinder set with eight keyed-alike lock cylinders and keys (six for the cases and two for the topcase). Item number: #30167-503

The Wunderlich EXTREME cases with DirectLock system – always including two Wunderlich case inner bags

Whether on the motorway, on the way to the North Cape or through demanding terrain: the EXTREME aluminium cases reliably accompany you through thick and thin – stable, lightweight and consistently designed for function.

The quick-release system allows fast and secure mounting on the carrier. A precise sealing system reliably protects the contents from dust and water. The construction made from 1.5 mm aluminium with stabilising beads, robust stainless steel fittings, replaceable all-round protective elements on the corners and protective caps for the optional locks ensures maximum resistance and long service life.

The scope of delivery includes two precisely fitting, high-quality case inner bags that fit exactly into the EXTREME DirectLock cases and organise your luggage perfectly.

Additional lashing eyes on the lid allow further luggage items, such as Rack Pack bags, to be secured safely. Inside, integrated luggage nets ensure that rainwear, tools or a first-aid kit are always quickly within reach.

The hinge locks at the front and rear offer maximum flexibility when opening: when both are open, the lid can be removed completely and the case loaded comfortably from above. If only one lock is opened, the lid remains securely guided, can be positioned forwards or backwards and is held by a retaining cable.

The untreated aluminium version is ideal for purists who appreciate the materiality and appearance of the original, untreated and robust material.
