• EXTREME slimline – the 80 mm narrower cases offer a combined storage volume of 71 litres – ideal for urban areas with heavy traffic or for challenging off-road

The Wunderlich Tool Design
We offer our EXTREME case sets in a slimline version that is narrower by a total of 80 mm (40 mm per side), but still offers an impressive 71 litres of storage volume – compared to 85 litres for the normal EXTREME case set.
This allows you to elegantly ‘surf’ through traffic in busy cities, in motorway traffic jams or in narrow streets, without worrying about hitting other road users or obstacles. The slimline version can also be advantageous in demanding off-road conditions. This is because the more favourable centre of gravity of the slimline cases not only makes handling noticeably more agile off-road, but also when riding, compared to riding with conventional cases.
Even in the 1980s, adventure travel required a great deal of preparation and, above all, a lot of storage space. Tyre repair kits, smartphones, apps, credit cards and much more have now made things much easier, so that today you can set off on an adventure trip with less luggage on your bike. If you want to.
Thanks to the additional lashing eyes on the lid, further items of luggage – for example our Rack Pack bags – can be securely strapped on. The case lids are equipped as standard with practical luggage nets on the inside, for everything that needs to be immediately to hand when you're on the road: rain gear, tools or a first-aid kit.

After opening both hinge locks, one at the front and one at the back, the lid can be completely removed and the cases can be conveniently loaded from above. If only one of the two locks is opened, the second lock serves as a hinge, so to speak. This allows the lid to be opened either to the front or to the back, where it is held by a catch cable.
The black powder-coated finish gives the high-quality case an equally technical and elegant look.
