The functional design and structural integration of our ULTIMATE PRO engine guard protect the engine housing, oil sump and manifolds. It hugs the engine unit without restricting ground clearance or lean angle clearance. The shape of the guard reduces the risk of unpleasant levering or snagging off-road, whether caused by branches, scree or rocks. Openings ensure that water collected after river crossings can drain away freely.

The angled impact plates deflect stones or foreign objects thrown up by the front wheel in such a way that the risk of damage to the manifolds and engine is significantly reduced. Another advantage of this engine guard: it deflects splash water thrown up in surges downwards and, especially when the engine is hot, helps to significantly reduce thermal stress on the engine housing, manifolds and seals.

The complex component shape and geometry are also the result of structural optimisation of component rigidity. With a material thickness of four millimetres, we achieve the high mechanical stability required to meet the demands of ambitious off-road riders. The result is an uncompromisingly robust, weight- and shape-optimised engine guard for ambitious, off-road-oriented riders.

The high-quality engine guard is securely bolted using precisely fitting connection points already present on the vehicle.
