Word has unfortunately spread that the TFT display is simply clipped in place and secured by three delicate circlips. These can be easily bypassed with a quick tug – no tools required. As a result, reports of stolen TFT displays are becoming increasingly common – often accompanied by collateral damage to the bike, as thieves rarely act with care.

This makes things doubly frustrating: without a TFT display, continuing your journey is not an option. This is especially inconvenient when you're travelling abroad. In addition, replacing the TFT unit – a central and complex control component – is extremely costly.

Our anti-theft guard makes it significantly harder for thieves: a frame secured with four screws prevents the display from being easily removed from its standard mounting.
