Wunderlich water radiator guard – preserves cooling performance and prevents overheating

The water radiator of the BMW F 450 GS is positioned exactly where it should be in terms of airflow, namely optimally in the airstream. However, this means that stone chips from vehicles ahead, insects and other dirt can hit the finely ribbed radiator core unprotected. In addition to the unavoidable dirt, which already leads to reduced cooling performance, damage to the radiator core can also occur in the form of bent fins. In the case of severe stone impact, a leak cannot be ruled out either, making it impossible to continue riding because engine cooling can no longer be guaranteed.
