This mounting kit allows installation of the Wunderlich ULTIMATE hand and indicator guard bar on BMW R 1300 GS and R 1300 GS Adventure models with ASA*/adaptive lighting modes
Function and product features
- The modified bracket in this kit replaces the left-side bracket of the ULTIMATE hand and indicator guard bar (#13386-012)
- This allows the left-hand installation of the guard bar on models equipped with:
- ASA (Automated Shift Assistant) and/or
- Adaptive lighting modes
- To operate ASA and the adaptive lighting, the left switch unit differs from the standard version and requires this special bracket
- The right switch unit remains unchanged – the standard components of the ULTIMATE guard bar can be used here

This specially developed bracket replaces the left-hand bracket of the ULTIMATE hand and indicator guard bar (#13386-002). It enables installation on models with ASA and/or adaptive lighting modes, as the left switch unit differs from the standard version.
