These Wunderlich Tank Protection Bars are designed for adventure riding and reliably protect not only the tank, but also the bodywork, front section and vulnerable radiator unit. In combination with the Wunderlich Engine Protection Bars (#40611-xxx), they form a well-thought-out all-round passive safety concept: in the event of a fall or tip-over, the forces acting on the motorcycle are optimally distributed through the protection bar structure to the robust mounting points, thereby reducing force and torque peaks. Visually, the protection bars integrate extremely well into the design of the motorcycle and emphasise its distinctive appearance. The Tank Protection Bars are made from a combination of precision steel tubes. The tube sections are formed specifically for the model on CNC tube-bending machines and then cleanly welded.
